Please note that your credit card or bank statement will show a charge by ClickBank or CLKBANK*COM.

You will soon receive an email from support containing your license key and a few important links (also mentioned below). You should save the email for future reference. Note that this email is not the same as the Clickbank email that specifies your receipt code. If the email does not arrive within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

The first step you should take (if you did not do it already) is to download the Tick Data Suite and install it.

If you’re uncertain where to start, you should take a look at the Tick Data Suite quick start guide which should get you started in a couple of minutes.

In case you’re updating from a trial license, you can replace the key in the License tab of the Tick Data Suite support assistant (located in your Start menu). Make sure you click the Update button after pasting your new key in the textbox.

Please note that each Tick Data Suite license key is only valid on a single computer. However, you can move it to another computer, a process that can be performed without support intervention but that cannot be repeated more often than once every 7 days. Also note that moving the Tick Data Suite license to a different computer will automatically disable it on any other computer that you may have it installed on.
