The Tick Data Suite and the eareview.net website are being transitioned from Birt Ltd (a company registered in Seychelles) to Thinkberry SRL, a company registered under the law of Romania and the European Union.
As a user of the software, this transition doesn’t affect you in any way. It’s still going to be the same team behind the website and the Tick Data Suite; the change is only in the way the business structure is organized.
This transition grants Thinkberry SRL full rights to the software as well as the website. Naturally, this also includes enforcing the EULA. At the same time, the company undertakes all obligations related to the software such as technical support and product updates.
From a user’s perspective, the only noticeable change should be that the EULA will soon be changed to reflect the new organizational set-up.
